Link Jira issues to a Luna template: streamline and speed up launches creation

Luna templates help pre-define multiple data and modules that are common in certain types of launches. Linking Jira issues to a template will keep the launch in sync with Jira and complement it with template information such as participants, milestones, approvers, stages, and more (data mapping guide).

Automated launches weekly summary: save hours a week on creating weekly updates 

Luna understands your team’s weekly progress on a launch and structures it in a Google Doc. By turning on the “weekly summary” feature, Luna will automatically:

• Create this weekly report at the end of every week and add it to the resources section. 
• Add it to the launch owner’s Google Drive. The document is available in “comment” access to everyone else.

Slack integration: access your launch information, create new launches, edit existing launches from Slack

The Slack integration allows all stakeholders to access and collaborate on their Luna launches directly within the Slack app. Use cases that we enable: create a new launch, manage launch modules data, access your portfolio of launches, retrieve in-depth module information. More flexible and Excel like table design

You can now resize, add and remove, drag and drop and change the position of columns. Have access to different views by filtering with labels.

Reminders and pending actions email: proactively communicate and de-risk

Each Friday, we notify you about launches that require your attention either because they are overdue, at risk of delays, or have had no activity in the past 7 days. Additionally, we flag pending actions for each launch category to assist you in putting them back on track.
