Import and sync from Asana and CSV files: speed up launches creation
In addition to Jira and Slack, you can now import your launches from Asana or a CSV file, and keep them in sync with the work that is done.
Your teams will not have to change the way they are working; their work will remain in sync in Luna, at the right level of details. Luna brings automated visibility by integrating with the work your teams are already doing.
Additional integrations improvements:
- Jira: link an existing launch to a Jira issue.
- Slack: automated weekly summary about launches you’re working on.
Consolidate multiple roadmaps with customisable table views
Create different filtered and prioritized views of the all launches table. Within each customized view, you can change the priority rank of launches by drag and dropping them. These views can be downloaded into spreadsheets for further analysis and can be shared with the relevant stakeholders.
Each team can maintain a stack rank of priorities they are working on, keeping an eye on launches to include in strategy meetings or in releases communications. Each view can help communicate the roadmap strategy to right stakeholders, at the right level of information.
Choose a day, month or quarter as launch date
Many launches have an unknown or approximate launch date at their inception. Choosing an exact date from the start could mislead stakeholders, especially the sales team. You can now choose a month or quarter as the launch date and then update it accordingly.
Automate launch weekly summaries in Word docs for Microsoft users
In each launch, you can click on the “Summary” feature that will summarize a weekly digest in a Word Document. It will highlight what was done last week as well as the changes that happened.
You won't have to spend hours collecting and aggregating data, from different sources and people, to create a weekly summary to different audiences, such as leadership and sales.
